Service providers
Effective September 20, 2026 · early-access policy.
This register identifies services used to operate Email for Agents. It explains technical roles and known locations; it is not a claim that every vendor has the same legal role or that all processing stays in one country. Vendor contracts and their own provider lists also govern their processing.

Agents, recipients, and provider services
An agent or webhook endpoint you choose is a separately authorized destination. Its provider may receive data within the permissions you grant and may keep it under its own policies. Email recipients and their mail providers likewise receive the messages sent to them. They are not all service providers selected by Email for Agents.
Our core application does not call a language model to process mail. That is not a claim that every infrastructure provider excludes all AI or model services from its operations. Resend’s published provider list, for example, includes AI services. The list alone does not establish which of those services receives a particular message; consult the provider’s terms and request clarification if your use requires narrower processing.
Changes and questions
We update this register when our use of a provider changes and update its date. Material changes to how we handle information are communicated as described in our privacy notice. Contact us before relying on a specific contractual data-processing arrangement, certification, or location requirement; this register does not itself create one.
