Terms of service
Effective September 20, 2026 · early-access policy.
Genetech Software Solutions, California, United States, operates Email for Agents. These terms describe the conditions for using our inboxes, console, API, and integrations during early access. Our privacy notice explains information handling, and our acceptable-use policy applies to use of the service.
Accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter an agreement, and have authority to act for any organization whose workspace you operate. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You may use only inboxes, domains, and information you are authorized to control. An available platform address does not give you ownership of our domain or permission to impersonate another person.
Your mail and connected agents
You retain your rights in your messages and files. You authorize us to process, store, scan, transmit, and display them as necessary to provide the service, carry out your instructions, and address security, support, and legal obligations described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for your content and recipients.
You choose the people, API keys, agents, and webhook destinations that can access your workspace. Connected agents are separately supplied applications; we do not decide their goals or host a general autonomous agent on your behalf. Review their permissions and their providers’ terms. Grant only the access you intend and revoke access that is no longer needed.
Draft-only connections require human approval before sending. Send-capable connections can submit mail within their permissions and the applicable policies. Approval authorizes the reviewed message and recipients. Incoming email and agent output can be mistaken or malicious; review consequential actions.
Live mail, test mail, and limits
Live inboxes send and receive real internet email. Test projects use simulated transport and non-routable addresses. A queued or provider-accepted status does not guarantee delivery or inbox placement. We cannot recall mail already accepted by an external mail system. If a send outcome is unknown, contact support before deliberately submitting a replacement, because the original may still arrive.
Usage, storage, inbox, safety, and provider limits apply. Attempts to bypass them, including replacement workspaces used to regain an allowance, are prohibited. The console and documentation describe currently available features and limits. Planned features, proposed plans, and a successful provider setup do not establish that a feature is available to your account.
Complimentary early access and future payment
Current early access includes one complimentary live inbox per eligible verified owner with the allowance shown in the console. Paid checkout is disabled. Creating an account or using the complimentary allowance does not authorize a charge or automatically convert you to a paid subscription.
If paid plans become available, we will present the price, included capacity, renewal schedule, cancellation method, refund terms, and applicable taxes before asking you to purchase. Those commercial terms require a separate purchase decision. This early-access page does not create a paid subscription or set an unannounced refund rule.
The separately published paid subscription terms describe renewal, cancellation, and refunds for a future purchase you explicitly confirm. Publication does not enable checkout or authorize payment.
Availability, changes, and suspension
Early-access features can change and may experience interruptions or defects. We do not offer a published uptime SLA, inbox-placement guarantee, or universal agent-client compatibility. Keep copies of information you need outside the service; the current normalized export is not a complete mailbox backup.
We may pause sending or access to investigate abuse, a compromised account, a safety issue, a legal requirement, or a provider restriction. When appropriate and permitted, we explain the issue and how to request review. We may change or end complimentary access, and will give notice of material changes where required. We will not start charging merely because free access ends.
Ending use and requesting removal
You can stop using the service, revoke credentials and connections, deactivate a project, or ask support to close your account. Export needed information first. Deactivation stops the selected resources and access; it does not erase all stored mail, files, provider copies, or backups. Deletion requests are handled as described in the privacy notice, including verification and any legal or security retention. A copy already delivered to a recipient or connected application is outside our ability to recall.
Questions, disputes, and changes to these terms
Contact us to raise a concern or request review of a restriction. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a class action, select an exclusive court, or impose a liability cap. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
We post revisions with a new effective date and notify affected account holders of material changes through an account notice or account email. Where a change requires agreement, we will seek it. Publishing a revision does not represent that an existing user previously accepted it.
